Q: Which houses are covered by the Hampton Commons Homeowners Association?
A: Voster Street, Omar Street, and the houses on Covington Street from across from Omar to the cul-de-sac.
Q: When are trash and recycling collected?
A: Trash and recycling are collected on Wednesdays. Trash and recycling must be placed the morning of pickup in one of the designated areas: by the fire hydrant, at the ends of Vosger or Omar, mid-island on Covington, or the cul-de-sac.
If you don’t have your own trash bin, please place your bagged trash either in the community bins or in heavy-duty bags to cut down on pests.
Please note that recycling cannot be processed if it is in a plastic or garbage bag; it must be in a bin or cardboard box. Glass must be separated from curbside recycling and dropped off at Providence Community Center or another designated location with a purple bin. Q: What can’t I throw away?
A: Chemicals, construction waste, and bulk items. Note that this includes paint cans – they are considered hazardous waste per Fairfax County regulations. Dispose of paint for free at the Household Hazardous Waste at the Fairfax County I-66 Transfer Station (4618 W. Ox Road).
Q: How does parking work?
A: For houses on Covington Street, each house has a numbered space directly in front of it. The other side of the access road is reserved for residents and their guests. For houses on Omar and Vosger, spaces are all designated for each house with numbers. Cars improperly parked in the numbered and reserved spaces are subject to towing. The public is free to park along Covington Street itself.

Q: What do my HOA dues cover?
