Please save the date for the Hampton Commons HOA Annual Meeting on December 7 at 7pm the evening. We typically have an in-person meeting at Fairhill Elementary with an option to call in. More details to come!

Please plan to join us for our annual community spring cleanup on Saturday, April 22 from 10am-12pm. We’ll meet by where the community sign used to be. The HOA will provide trash bags and gloves and we’ll work together to pick up litter in the neighborhood. Thanks in advance for joining us for this Earth Day tradition and keeping our community looking great!

Hi neighbors! We know there have been consistent delays recently in pickup of trash and recycling. We’ve been in touch with American Disposal and they’ve let us know that they’re trying to resolve the staffing challenges they’ve been experiencing. We’re closely monitoring the situation and are looking into alternative companies when our contract with American Disposal is up. In the meantime, please help us keep pests away during these delays in pickup by placing bagged trash in the community bins or using heavy-duty bags. Thank you for your patience!

Help us keep our community clean! For trash collection on Tuesdays and Fridays, please place small bags of garbage in our NEW community trash containers marked “Hampton Commons.” We’ve noticed animals getting into bags sitting out on the curb. Keeping bags of trash in containers instead of on the street will help prevent pests and litter.
